A large antique pine pedestal desk in antique country house condition from a large English country house. Raised on wooden casters and with a 2 door cupboard to the rear. The drawers with brass recessed handles. Panelled sides with stop chamfered edges and the original Rexine inset top which possibly had a leather covering at some point
A well worn but sturdy desk. Please view the images carefully to best understand the aesthetic appearance.
We have done minimal restoration on the desk by simply cleaning and giving it a light wax to try to keep the look in which it has taken over many years of use in this prestigious location.
