A large deep seated country house open armed wingback armchair carved legs with decorative show and knuckles. The upholstery is a thick pile green velvet that is well worn but in my opinion usable and i think suites the chair. The two cushions appear to have been later additions probably added to bring the seat depth smaller. The attached back is feather filled with the rest being its original horse hair filling. A good comfortable chair!
There is slight flex to the joints when moving however it does sit firm.
