A superb mid 19th century country house armchair. Raised on turned front legs and exquisite carved back legs. All legs with brass casters and finished in white paint and parcel gilt. English c1850. An Unstamped chair but very much of the quality and probably by one of the big London makers of Victorian England. 

Structurally in good solid order and retaining the original horse hair filled buttoned back and arms. The seat is a later replacement which need re-webbing from the base. 

As with all our upholstered seating we do offer upholstery should you wish.
