A superb mid 19th century sofa by Holland and Sons - London c1850. The Shapely walnut frame raised on thick and turned reeded walnut front with outward splayed rear legs. Both back legs stamped with the makers mark and one leg with the journeyman's name 'C CULVER'. All legs retain the original brass casters. 

Structurally in good solid order and retaining the original buttoned back and arm upholstery. The seat also retains the original fillings that have been reworked previously with new hessian. 

As with all our upholstered seating we do offer upholstery should you wish.
