An early 18th century oval Gilt mirror. The frame with wear and worn gilt finish showing most of the under coat. What sets this mirror apart is the original mercury plate. It sparkles in the light like nothing we have seen before. Unfortunately this doesn't capture it on the images but it really is something else.
