A large scale early 19th century mahogany sideboard. Raised on turned reeded legs with bun feet. Nicely figured flame mahogany veneer to the drawer fronts and a gadrooned top edge. In unpolished country house condition which is solid and very much ready to go.
There is some historic worm to the pine carcase in areas but this has been treated and it does not affect use or structural integrity. This item is in excess of 200 years old and its condition does reflect that with some shrinkage to the veneer in places and some light scratches / wear to the top surface, however in my opinion it looks all the better for it.
