An exquisite tiny William IV bench. Raised on 4 crisply carved Rosewood scrolls and legs all with the original Lewty patent casters. Retaining its original upholstered back and horse hair filled squab cushion.
In good solid order and ready for upholstery.
As with all our upholstered seating we do offer upholstery should you wish.
Its worth noting that it ideally needs to be used against a wall as its quite unstable due to its design and narrow depth of the legs so it can tip back relatively easily.
It is lacking some decorative carved trim at the bottom of each scroll just at the side of the cushion. Perhaps removed to make sliding onto it from the sides easier. please see the last 2 images for reference.
