A beautifully formed mid 19th century country house chaise longue of diminutive proportions. Raised on 4 short turned walnut legs and the original worn gilt brass casters. English c1840 

Newly upholstered in Titley & Marr printed cotton in the Scarlet & Coral colourway 'Ditzy' print to the upper and 'Kashmir' print on the frilly skirt. 

The buttoned back retains the original innards and we have replaced the seat upholstery and springs which will now bring many years of comfortable use.
