A very well proportioned 19th century arm chair by Constantine & Co of Leeds, West Yorkshire. sitting on well turned walnut legs with the original large Cope Collision brass and ceramic castors. The original paper label inside the frame underlining showing the workman's name, Constantine became a byword for quality in the area! c1850

The upholstery is in good order and is usable. The seat is a little on the soft side so upholstery is an option. We do offer upholstery should you wish.
