A small scale mid 19th century slipper or bedroom chair by Gillows. On walnut turned front legs with gadrooned and fluted details, both the rear legs stamped Gillows and all with the original Cope & Collinson brass casters. Upholstered in textured wool.

One front leg has some historic worm but still fully functional and most visible from back side of the leg.
