A boxed original fresh to the market and fully in its original inner packaging. Designed by Dominic Michaelis for Moveis corazza in the 1970's.
This model its self is rare but what makes this particular chair that bit special is that it is still in it's full factory packaging. The box only opened for the first time by myself to check the inner condition of the box which I was obviously very pleased to see was still in factory fresh condition.
The elderly gentleman from which it came bought two of them in the mid 70's, opened and used one and put this one in the loft where it stayed for 40 plus years.
As evident in the photos the box is in a little rough but solid condition. The sellotape and masking tape on the inner wrapping has lost its tack. The leather sail has never been out of the plastic bag, I did open the bag to get to the build instructions as they were rolled up inside but I needed to check all was present.
Truly a one off in this condition!
